Starting as a window and door factory, our building was first built in 1922. Our owner’s, Taki Sawi, vision of the Biltwell all started in 2014 and has been ever-changing since. Throughout renovations, we have been careful to keep the details and charm of the original structure. You will see the character in every room you step foot in whether that is our original exposed brick, freight elevator, antique fire doors, hardwood floors, or even the bank vault. 

We opened our doors to the first event in 2015 and we haven’t stopped since. All types of events are welcome here: weddings, social events, corporate events, non-profit events, trade shows, you name it, we’ll host it!

When it comes to our clients we have made it our mission to become a one-stop shop for all your event needs. When you plan your event here, your rental includes tables, chairs, parking, furniture options, AV + screen, access to an in-house caterer, and indoor and outdoor spaces. Our goal is to have seamless events that you and your guests will remember for years to come, and with our experienced team, you will have just that! Now let’s start planning!
